Conditions

• Minimum price of the vehicle - 15 000 Lt;
• At the time of conclusion of the hire purchase agreement the vehicle may not be older than 7 years; 
• Initial premium - from 10 percent of the value of the vehicle being purchased;
• Term of the contract - from 6 months to 5 years. 

Required documents

•  A completed funding application;
• The seller's commercial offer;
• Registration certificate of the company;
• Articles of association of the company;
• Incorporation contract of the company; 
• The company's balance sheets and profit (loss) accounts for the previous year and for the last accounting period verified by the State Tax Inspectorate;
• Individual (personal) companies must present their income declaration for the previous and current years with appropriate stamps from the State Tax Inspectorate;
• A document proving appointment of the head of the company; 
• An ID document of the head of the company.

Client eligibility requirements: stable activity and solvency, and clear future prospects of the company.
